All rates are per room per night (assuming double
occupancy) and include a hot delicious breakfast
each morning. Taxes of 10.675% are additional.

Policies
Our rates include a hot delicious homemade
breakfast for two. Please let us know in advance
of any dietary restrictions. In the mini-suites, an
additional charge of $30 is added for an extra twin
bed and $60 for an extra double bed per night.
A minimum night stay may be required. A
cleaning fee may be charged for single night stays.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in
order to hold reservations. The balance is due 30
days prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent
upon receipt of deposit. We gladly accept cash,
personal checks and visa/mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a $30 administration
fee. Deposits, less the $30 fee, will be returned if
cancellation is made 30 days or more in advance.
In the event cancellations are made less than 30
days in advance during value season, all money,
less the $30 fee, will be returned only if the room
is re-booked.
If you are concerned about cancellations inside of
our cancellation policy, please consider trip
insurance which can be found on the internet.

Check-in time is 4:00p.m.-8:00p.m., or by
arrangement. Check-out time is 10:30a.m.
Free, on-site parking is available (one car per
room booked). We can accommodate skis,
snowboards, bikes, and golf clubs, etc.
Four Peaks Inn is a non-smoking, pet free guest
house and is wheelchair accessible.
